Biddle Marketing is based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We love working with local small business owners to help them reach new customers online and grow, but we’re still happy to help others from outside the region.

Why should I choose Biddle Marketing over a marketing agency?

All our services – marketing or business assistance – are purposefully flexible and we tailor them to ensure you communicate your business to your audience in the most appropriate, cost-effective way. You can work with us on a low or no-commitment basis, or bring us on board to support you in the long-term. If you’re just starting out, we can help set your marketing direction. Or, if you’re already established, we can help you streamline your business and make use of new digital tools to keep admin to a minimum as you attract new customers. What services do you offer?

We offer four key services: marketing leadership, marketing support, project management and business assistance. Within those, we can help with everything from digital media, marketing, social media, print, photography, design – the list goes on! We know that every business has unique requirements so where we don’t offer a service ourselves, we’ll source the right person from our network of experienced industry professionals. You can work through us or directly with them.

I already use another marketing agency – can I move to you?

Yes, of course. We can help with the move to ensure your business operations aren’t interrupted. We’ll also get to know you and your business straight away, so that we can quickly determine how best to work towards your business objectives.

Do you work with everyone?

We’re open to work with any small business, though we tend to find that our clients typically have no more than 10 employees and are based in or around Sheffield. While they might have some marketing support in the team, they don’t tend to have a senior marketer in their business.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No, that’s not how we work. We understand that some customers just want help to get started, and perhaps a meeting once a month to soundboard ideas and get advice. Others want a fully integrated strategy or specific campaigns. All our contracts are bespoke to you.

Is there a minimum contract value?

Again, no. We work with our customers to help them and recognise that every business is different. We can offer quotes by hourly rate right through to monthly retainers designed to include only the services that you need.

I don’t really understand social media – can you help me?

Of course! Whether it is the creation and management of a single social media page to promote your business, or a large campaign across multiple channels, we’re here to help.
